The Bolt News, Concordia University of Edmonton's CSA Students’ newsletter, welcomes submissions from current students only.

Articles should be between 250 and 500 words. If you wish to exceed 500 words, please seek permission from the Editor-in-Chief. Payment is provided per word after approval and editing.

Feel free to explore a broad range of subjects related to current school events, entertainment, and relevant journalistic efforts. However, we do not publish content that is derogatory, biased, racist, defamatory, or politically motivated. If you’re unsure about your topic, contact our Editor-in-Chief for guidance before writing.

Publication Schedule: The theme for each issue is outlined in the publication schedule, so check this for topic details before writing.
Submit Your Article: Send your completed article to bolt.editorinchief@student.concordia.ab.ca.
Editing: The Editor-in-Chief reviews and edits your article.
Formatting: The Multimedia Content Manager formats your article for publication.
Printing: After final approval, the issue is printed.
